Dr. Syed Masoodur Rahman Shah
Dr. Sayyid Masoodur Rahman Shah is a seasoned materials scientist with a strong academic and research background in mechanical and metallurgical engineering. Holding two Master's degrees and a PhD from École des Mines d'Albi-Carmaux, France, he has published nearly 20 research articles and supervised multiple PhD and MSc theses in advanced manufacturing fields. A recipient of the Jacques Pommey Award (SF2M, 2008), Dr. Shah is currently contributing his expertise at Innoviatech Industries.

Qamar Zaman
Engr. Qamar Zaman, a seasoned mechanical engineer, completed his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade and a half, he brings extensive industrial experience across multiple engineering domains. He dedicated six years to Elektro Control Industries Pakistan, where he was involved in the development of antenna masts and electromechanical systems.
His core expertise lies in the design and manufacturing of oil and gas equipment, heavy fabrication, and hydraulic systems. He has also contributed significantly to the oil and gas sector, where his innovative approach and technical acumen have led to successful project executions and process optimizations.
Currently, he is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Innoviatech Industries, where he leads a team focused on engineering innovation and industrial excellence.
